Yeah I know there is. My school district sadly did not put much funding in its therapists nor did I ever know of clinical options until adulthood at 20. That’s why I plan to be a great one....

There is a lot I'm ashamed of, I should probably seek a therapist about it tbh but that costs money. I don't think it's a form of PTSD imo but I did have a lot of dark times in my late childhood....
