Keep it costal app. It teaches you to breath in and out automatically. You won't need techniques, if you can reach 20 seconds M Test( see my posts) result. I managed from 14 to 30 seconds by that....

Could be. Fluency would feel more relaxed psychologically. But you aren't fluent because the vocal folds are relaxed. They very much aren't....
