I go through fluency phrases myself but the key is not focusing on your stutter, focus on living. I don't even think about my stutter anymore. If I have a block, oh well, I have a block. I do my diaphragmatic breathing and I move on. Once I stopped focusing on my stutter and focused on living life, my confidence increased and I started stuttering less.
