I think controlling your breathing and being calm while talking is the best way to go about it and try not to talk too fast just go at your own pace even if somebody else gets annoyed at you....

There are lots of breathing exercises you should look into. Sometimes taking even 1 second before you start talking can help with your fluency! Practice it....

Try deep breathing. I always do this before ordering something, be it over phone, or at the groceries. It helps massively. You will stutter a bit, but it helps keeping the anxiety in check....

Yeah same for me, My therapist she also gave me exercises for reading by reading with syllables and extended vowels, also breathing is the key to let stuttering go away...
