I’m not the owner of the comment but I’ll give you my two cents. I sit down, back straight, neck straight, breathe in but pretending it’s from my right foot, inhale from my toe to ankle, exhale at ankle, breathe in from my ankle to my knee, exhale at my knee, then inhale to my hip from knee, then continue that technique through my entire body until I exhale from my neck to my head. It helps me a lot. Hopefully it made some sense. I’m sure there’s easier ways but this is my most favorite.
