Hey man. You're not alone. We're all in this together. I've stuttered since i was like 6-7 and now I'm 20 and still experience it throughout my days. I've tried speech therapy which shows you ways to achieve fluency through breathing exercises and although it was very effective at the time. I found that it was not a complete solution to my problem which was actually an anxiety disorder I developed throughout my years of stuttering. So I decided to go to therapy and 3 months later I feel that I'm in a better place. I'm not where I wanna be with my stuttering but I learned to care about it less and not let it affect my life all the time. Unfortunately this takes a long time and it might take years to completely get over it as I hope to do it one day, but your 2 best friends will probably be seeing a therapist and practicing breathing exercises to help with your fluency.
