In the end before I quit I would smoke around 10 a day… I cut down before giving up. You really should try, it’ll help with speech, breathing, fitness. I’d never go back now....

I don’t think it’s universal, I’m on adhd meds and stuttering is hit or miss, honestly when the meds are at their peak the stutter almost disappears...
