I hate that I have to take caffeine to reduce my stutter

I hate that I have to take caffeine to reduce my stutter Caffeine gives me a lot of negative effects. But it's the only thing that reduces my stutter. I stutter so bad when I'm not on it. I wanted to quit caffeine but it's so frustrating because once I quit, my stutter gets worse.
