I don't think there is a direct link, but obviously an unhealthy diet could lead to depression which could aggravate the stutter. Alcohol helps I hear. I'll need to try it some day. 10 beers in one ...

I think everything affects everyone differently, though there might be some things that commonly help or hurt fluency. I can be very fluent while drunk, yet I know someone who's stuttering gets worse ...
