I can confirm what has already been said. Some time ago I read an article ([This one](http://stuttersense.blogspot.de/2011/03/thiamine-breakthrough-in-stuttering.html)) about people who benefit from taking 300mg Vitamin B1 daily. There was also another article praising vitamin b12. So about a year ago I bought vitamin b12 supplements, took one pill daily for 90 days until the box was empty. It didn't have any impact on my speech or anything at all. The vitamin B1 article was more promising so I bought a vitamin B1 supplement as well. Nothing changed. Long story short, don't ever buy supplements. But I feel that sleep has a large effect on my stutter. So does eating bananas. I really don't know why, but eating bananas helps me at least a bit. When I eat them the evening before I feel much more relaxed the day after. Being drunk also helps, especially the 2-4 hours after I stopped drinking and I begin to think clearly again. My body is weird.
