That makes my stutter worse. When I try to switch up words it doesn't always match with the sentence. So the sentence isn't natural. I try to speak even with a block....

Try using scripts or the same sayings/phrases over and over. Repetitive phrases are great for radio coms and tend to be easier to roll off the tongue. Use it to your advantage....
