Thiamin HCL, i take 100mg daily, sometimes 200mg. Caffeine will be 1 cup of milk tea, which would be around 10mg of caffeine. after reading up, yesh if counter each other. you just gotta try what work...

In my opinion drinking caffeine does affect you because it makes you feel more nervous and people usually stutter more when they are nervous (this is my opionion)....
