b1 is theanine right? As I stated in a previous comment I thought caffeine and theanine counteract eachother but you use both and see an increase in fluency? I stopped drinking caffeine and tried theanine alone for a few days and it didnt really effect my fluency, after reading your comment I think I will start drinking caffeine again and take theanine with it. How many mg's of theanine do you take every day? Cheers!
