To an extent, it increases fluency in the very short term, but I would caution against it. Just having a stutter is better than being an alcoholic AND having a stutter....
Yeah, it works to an extent but that doesn't mean become an alcoholic, unless that's your game plan. Overall just use it when you go out with friends and want to have some extra confidence....
