Don't. Benzos are not meant for indefinite long-term use, while stutter is a long-term condition, at least as things stand. Benzos are highly addictive with rapid tolerance build-up. Getting off of them is hell too. There are very severe withdrawal symptoms, and it is one of the only substances you could straight up die from if you quit cold turkey. Even if you don't, you could end up doing real permanent damage to yourself. I had a friend who started randomly having panic attacks after quitting. It went on for years. It's even worse if you're young and still at a developmental stage, so under 25. I can't stop you, but I'll just let you know you may be starting in the guise of stuttering, but it'll soon become about the highs. You'll keep at them even if your stutter persists because sooner rather than later you just become numb and start to forget. Lines get blurred. You lose grounding in your identity, or any identity for that matter.
