Yep, Beta blockers at only taken as needed, prior to a stressful speaking event such as presentations or interviews etc.. it’s not a daily meditation like a SSRI....
Propranolol should be taken at least 1-2 hours before any stressful speaking scenario. That’s when it’s at the highest effect in the brain… 20 minutes is not enough....
