i doubt it. There's a definite genetic link. The tooth thing didnt cause your stuttering. I might have inhibited some disfluencies, but that is not why you stutter....
Yes my grandfather stuttered when he was 7 but he grew out of it. I think would've grown out of it as well, except for the tooth issue....
