i always do. kind of helps out when i’m starting the conversation so i can gather myself and/or change the word. mid conversation is the worst, as i know i’m talking straight to my doom....
I can feel them coming usually before I’m even ready to say the word. This works in my favor though, as I can choose a new word to use quicker....
For me it’s “hard sounding” letters. Hard C (car, cat, etc), hard B (bill, boat), hard G (golf, gate), hard M (mother, moat). If the word has a blending first syllable I’m fine: CLoud, FLute, BLank...
