No but I do sometimes avoid speaking if I can tell I’m going to stutter but I’m pretty sure that just makes it worse. It’s better to learn to live with it...

I also struggle a lot with T and D. I found a hack that works for me, I wish it works for you as well. For example you want to Tom, dont start with T (where your tongue touches your top of your mouth)...

Do like me, nothing. If you have a ritual after each stutter it can become a vicious circle. I prefer to tell myself that it doesn't matter, as long as it's understandable it's okay....
