I think that would help a lot of people to. So here's what has helped my speach. Speech therapy, reading out loud, practicing words to myself. Also improving my mental and emotional health has been the biggest help to my speach i believe. So doing things like working out regularly, getting to bed on time, drinking enough water and generally taking care of myself. And facing situations that make me, as a guy with a stutter very afraid has helped me tremendously. So talking more at work, going to work meetings and stuff has been a big help. Hope someone finds this useful.
