I think the title is "Building an Online Community", or something like that. I'm co-leading it with Courtney Luckman. We're the chapter leaders for the City of Chicago chapter. Basically the goal is to introduce/explore different web-based stuttering communities, and encourage chapters to think about how they can use the Internet to reach out to others. I think the concept is sort of a no-brainer to those of us already active online, but many, many chapters exist solely as an in-person and if you miss the meeting, that's it. Our goal with the mini-panel is to hear from different people who have built/participated in very different types of communities (e.g. Stutter Social vs. Reddit), their experience with it, etc.
