25 (M) here. I am looking for a job as well. The stutter may improve with speech therapy, or it may not. But you have to keep trying. Perseverance is key in job searching. It's a numbers game—the more interviews you do, the more you increase your chances to get hired. Yes, even if you stutter. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Take a few days off, then keep trying. A lot of people who stutter in this sub managed to found their dream job by doing just that—we can do it too! Today was a bad fluency day for me, but I still decided to pick up the phone and talk to the employer. Even if I stutter, it's not my fault, and I am proud of myself for not giving up. You should be too.
