chances of me stuttering are much less when I don't think too far ahead about what I'm going to say. Let's a classroom situation for example. I'm more vulnerable to stutter when we (the students) are asked to introduce ourselves one by one, because the anticipation of what's coming induces fear and anxiety. On the other hand, if I'm randomly chosen to talk about something, chances of me stuttering are much lower because my mind doesn't have the time to plan ahead the words. In this case *ideas* are being spoken, not *words*. So try speaking spontaneously as much as possible.
