Thanks for the reply. What you said about goals is exactly what I was taught in CBT. We were told by our instructors to compile a list of goals like the ones you mentioned and then to gradually increase the difficulty over time. I compiled the list then went out to do it. I did it for a while then I just got tired and mentally exhausted. I later gave up to focus on school. Unfortunately at this point and time, I'm at a stand still. No progress is being made. Due to my cynicism, overall negativity, and anger I do not know if I can feel good or positive in conversations.
