Any type of euphoria erases my stuttering

Any type of euphoria erases my stuttering This is not to recommend anyone to do any sort of drug to reduce your stuttering, just sharing my experience. Whenever I've done some sort of drug which introduces an intense arficial euphoria, my stuttering is pretty much gone. Depending on what I used, the relief would last longer or shorter. Anyone have any idea why this works/happens? PS. I'm avoiding using anything these days because the negatives are very much more then any positive effects.
