I have had interviews for internships or full time positions where I was hired and rejected. I feel like it was never because of my stutter. I got hired in places where I felt like I knew what I was talking about even with stutter. I feel like people don't really care esp in Software engineering and they would rather motivate you and be patient with you but reject. Thats how I have felt. ofc at that moment, it feels like hell but eh. You cant change who you are and the person you are talking to is also just a human being. They understand
