You have nothing to fear. Some people speak fluently yet utter nonsense comes out. And some stutterers speak, and although it requires extra time and effort, still something meaningful gets out. Don't deny yourself this communication. Just open your mouth and get something out. And remember that you can always use e.g. hand gestures to indicate that you're in the process of talking. Nothing to be afraid of. Stutter is just stutter.
