Added because family member said she was not aware I swear for this reason.  She said she didn't notice that when I get stuck and stop to say fuck with a heavy sigh and start over that the swear really did help. She thought I was just getting frustrated didn't realize it helped hahaha My speaking style is loud and boisterous because of I'm talking I'm talking. In casual environments my swearing to punctuate humor or things that suck are win win. Swearing vs quitting or getting sad when I stutter also seems to humanize me to people who don't stutter but also swear.  Had someone ask if I had tourettes and was happy to educate them that many people who have that don't have verbal tics as depicted in movies and that I just swear to get my point across. It helps that fuck can be so many parts of speech.
