First, it may benefit you to advertise your stutter when you engage in conversation with a girl. I know it’s hard to not overthink, but try not to allow negative self talk to hold you back. Many girls won’t approach a guy, so unfortunately the first move falls on you. But, know this, the right girl won’t care that you stutter. My dad stutters and he used to be a Casanova. If a girl wasn’t picking up what he was throwing down, he’d move on to the next (I know this because I asked him for dating advice when I was a teenager and got the whole talk). How a girl reacts to you is HER PROBLEM not yours. It shows you a lack of character on her part, which to me is great to find out right off the bat compared to wasting your time with the wrong girl. If you accept your stutter, you accept yourself, and by accepting who you are, you inadvertently teach others how to treat you. With admiration and respect. You got this!
