Do family members count? Siblings, cousins, young uncles...? Other than that my friends tend to be people I've grown up with. It's hard for me to make new friends and it really is 100% because my speech is so bad. I'm as friendly and nice to people as I can be without talking very much. People don't have the patience to really get to know me, and I don't have the stamina to keep trying to speak for very long when I can tell that people don't want to hear me .
