Sounds like you're having blocks rather than repetitions. That's normal, a lot of people stutter this way, myself included. I've realized that doing conscious breathing and meditation exercises helps make me more at ease. I still stutter but there's a sort of acceptance. I'm not as anxious and feel less like I'm wasting people's time
