My first bf was a good friend of mine before we get a relation. He didn't mind at all. I was also a covert stutterer, but good friends knew about it, also he knew. When I met my second bf I was open about my stutter. I told him in the beginning that I have a stutter. (I was covert at that time though) But he also told me that it didn't mind. But trough the years I asked him a million times if he never was ashamed of me, if he didn't mind that he has a gr/wife who has a stutter. At the end he didn't answer anymore, haha. For sure, he really don't mind, my stutter belongs to me and that's it. He also encouraged me to talk for my own. He never called of talked for me. Okay, one time he talked for me, but I tricked him, haha. If he knew it was bc I was afraid to stutter he never talked for me then. For me it wasn't a problem. I never dated much, but the guys I had didn't mind at all.
