Some do. I was on Celexa for several years and made little to no difference for me. Did help me out with general anxiety/depression that may of been caused by my stutter. Now Alprazolam on the other hand makes me about 99% fluent. Really a shame that it has such bad side effects like drowsiness and being addictive. I’ve also heard it loses its efficacy after using for a while, causing you to need higher doses. I’ve seen people addicted to it and not going down that slippery slope.
