Canadian Stutterers, did you get your tax break?

Canadian Stutterers, did you get your tax break? First time poster here! So I've only recently learned that in Canada, stuttering is included in the list of disabilities that you can claim on your annual taxes. Problem is, how you go about proving it seems like a personal nightmare. You have to go to a doctor and he has to ask you to repeat a sentence three times in a row and if it takes you longer then a certain amount of time, he'll approve it or something. Has anyone done this? :S Im really hesitant about doing this because I feel like I'd be so embarrassed. I should note I have an extremely bad stutter, and it definitely has impacted my life and held me back from things, so I think the tax break makes sense, but the process seems a bit daunting. If anyone's gotten it, how much does it affect your taxes overall? If it's small, I might not bother. Thanks in advance!
