What had the biggest positive impact on you opening up about your stuttering and eliminating avoidances? Any successful stories or defining moments that stood out to you? For previously covert adults who have successfully worked to eliminate avoidances and substitutions and are now open and mostly accepting of their stutter, what did the process of opening up about it look and feel like for you?
