Good news– your stuttering is NOT forever. It's diminishing significantly with aging, even without any therapy. Not so good news is that the best therapy results happen with kids. The early, the better. Which is more important–not to set unrealistic goals– to be 100% fluent. An incremental approach would be more prudent. As I always recommend – try to be playful in real life, try to act, and imitate some movie characters. You will feel better for sure. In fact, there were and are many actors who stutter in real life but are fluent when they are acting. You'll be OK, I know.
