I don’t think it’s a misogyny problem as much as it being more common in men, and with traditional gender norms being more negatively skewed to men with a stutter opposed to women as men are supposed to be macho/well spoken and a stutter basically eradicates that entirely as opposed to women where a stutter may feed into the overall gentle/cute/submissive gender roles in a traditional sense. I’m not endorsing this thinking in any capacity but I believe overall this is why you might see people not take it as seriously when women have it as opposed to men
