My daughter has a stutter. She also has GAD (generalized anxiety disorder). It really sounds like anxiety is the main culprit here. Have you looked into any help dealing with that? We are lucky enough to live in a city that has a wonderful stuttering institute. My daughter gets weekly help in a group situation. They stress the importance of working around the stutter. The importance of good eye contact and confident body language. Don't be afraid to make people wait while you stutter. They can wait. You'll get through it. I am surprised your school took points off of speeches for stuttering and anxiety. My daughter has a school plan that would make this basically illegal. She cannot have points taken off for something she cannot control. You shouldn't either. Honestly, I think it would be a good idea for you to talk with your parents about your anxiety.
