Personally for me it's not any harder to live a normal life than anyone else. It's not like we're dying or wheelchair bound or something that would actually hinder anything. I can't think of any job or situation where stuttering would hold us back. I'm 26 and had a stutter since birth, have lots of friends, graduated my uni course where I was the lead presenter in my group and had to do the big presentations in front of everyone. Sure it's like the tinest bit annoying when I take like 1-2 extra seconds to say some words but everyone you make friends with get used to it extremely fast and no one even mentions I have a stutter much anymore. I even do YouTube vids where I make guides and I don't edit any of the stutters out, most comments are people either joking or just saying they appreciate i dont edit the stutters out. Really hasn't hindered me personally much at all.
