yoga i honestly wasnt expecting yoga to help but it helps you flow in life like i dont stutter nearly as much and my words flow more naturally from my brain to the external environment. yoga is a series of stretches and i find the transitions to be the most helpful they not only help me connect the movements in each pose together but the transitions also help me realize that things dont have to be so stagnant and controlled, you can move smoothly from one position, or from one word, to the next, its like you are throwing yourself into the next moment instead of anxiously preparing for it. the transitions help you trust that everything is going to be okay, there is no need to rush
