I'd say the hardest pill to swallow from being a stutterer that you have to accept that you're going to have it forever and a cure isn't happening. Or least anytime soon. It's a scary and miserable reality to have to speak like this for the rest of my life. Sure, there's speech therapy but it varies from person if it works or not. If it's genetic like mines is, than nope not gonna work.
