Concerta and Stuttering?

Concerta and Stuttering? So, I just started taking concerta and it has made my stuttering a lot worse although it makes some peoples stuttering better. I was wondering if their was a way to still get that foucsed effect from the dopamine transports that concerta inhibits without it increasing my stuttering. I believe stuttering is dopamine related and thats hwy anti-psycotics work for people with high dopamine and adderall / ritalin work with people with low dopamine. How could I still get that focued effect without it increasing my stuttering?
