I have a similar story. Stuttering was with me as a kid, never payed attention to it. It seemed to disappear my first few years of high school but my stuttering came back before my senior year of high school. I'm one of those that believe in the fapping theory with stuttering due to the strong correlation with my experience. I know some people would strongly disagree with that theory and I respect that. I dont mean to offend anybody and I truly believe that this thread is somewhat of a god sent. But NoFap to me is something very relevant to stuttering. I truly believe that something hormonal, endocrine system like is influential in MY CASE for stuttering. Keep your head up and move forward always.
