Do you have a history of stuttering? Does anyone your family stutter? I would give it some time then. It is very rare that a "true" stutter occurs in the teenage years without a traumatic event. Of course if it becomes unbearable then go see someone to get it checked out. Another thing that increases disfluency is "fear of disfluency", we know that hyper focusing on stuttering itself can actually increase it on its own. My advice would be to try and get as much sleep as possible, relax/ go about normal life. If in a few weeks its still happening, then go get it checked out. I know its really stressful and hard to go through moments of not being able to control your speech; good news is that there is an awesome community of people willing to help! Something I love most about working with fluency clients is the amazing support online, and offline I get to see with most of my clients. You are not alone, whether this is temporary or something to work on!
