Yep. Usually during the 1st 2 days. Where I'd pause after "T" or flat out struggle with normal day to day speech. It usually happens after I take medicine. Because my body is used to being nauseous, my voice always goes raspy and I have trouble speaking coherent sentences... I always take a day off when that happens since my job involves talking.
