A little update. A few more things I've noticed: 1. Little to no stutter if I swear a lot during speaking. It only works in my mother tongue which is russian. In english swears do not have the same effect. 2. Aritificially reducing your emotional involvement into the conversation and keeping your voice monotonic also helps a lot. But then you just sound either depressed or robotic.
