I know this is cliché but it works, take some time to do relaxation. Doesn't have to be a full 30 min meditation, even like 5 minutes of breathing and relaxation helps. Also, don't let yourself avoid situations, this can make your anxiety worse. Practice some relaxation before engaging in these.
