In the mean time, past week been testing nootropics supplements and amino acids such as ashwagandha and lion's mane to further support my cognitive functions. Been looking for other alternative methods to help improve my speech fluency, recently completed my speech therapy but wasn't much help it only shifted my mind to it being neurological disorder but NHS is a peace of shit and paying for a private psychiatrist's too much.
