Best advice is to see a speech therapist if you can. If not just speak try to speak slowly. I find avoiding caffeine or stimulant drugs is also a good way to reduce it as well as playing sports. Try to relax as much as possible and don’t worry about it too much, we often think it is worse than what others find it to be since we deal with it constantly. A stutter doesn’t define you and just keep being yourself
