Please help

Please help I have an issue, I have an issue saying works like "thread" "electricity" mostly when I'm around people, because of "thr" in "thread" and "e" in "electricity". I usually I use a filler word like "ahh thread" or "lectricity" to avoid this issue, also it's even worse when I'm in a stage or along with too many people. My confidence is all time low due to past experience which further worsens the situation. Can anyone suggest me something I would be so grateful. Thanks
